We are proud to introduce our certified professional dog trainer, Alyssa Hill, CPDT-KA!

Alyssa is an experienced dog handler with a passion for teaching and working with different breeds, play styles, and behavioral challenges. Her love for dogs began many years ago when she started working as a lead yard handler and pet care attendant in a daycare and boarding facility. Since then, she has been working with dogs and learning about their behavior, needs, and training techniques.

Alyssa is a certified professional canine trainer (CPDT-KA) and has been with Doggie District for over a year. Before moving into her training role, Alyssa led our team of yard handlers and pet care attendants, getting to know all of our pet guests and conducting many group behavior evaluations. This experience has allowed her to develop a keen eye for understanding dog behavior and identifying the best training methods for each individual dog. Alyssa's passion for teaching and training dogs extends beyond her work. She has two dogs of her own, Apollo (her mutt) and Artemis (her black shepherd), who she enjoys spending time with and training in her spare time. Alyssa takes pride in her ability to work with different breeds and personalities, and she is dedicated to helping each dog reach their full potential and develop a strong bond with their owner.
